All sales of original paintings, fine art prints, and photography prints are final. Each piece is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so that I can assist with a replacement or resolution.
Digital Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your file, please reach out, and I will do my best to assist you.
Custom Orders and Commissions:
Custom pieces are made to order and are non-refundable. If there is a concern with your custom order, please contact me, and we will work together toward a solution.
